The mobile app account and Palapa Club account are separate entities. Simply “sign up” in the app using the same email address and phone number you use for the Palapa Club. Once this is done, the accounts will merge and work together!
By default, you’ll earn 1 point for every dollar spent with us at Las Palapas. If you look in the portal (or on the mobile app), you’ll see your point totals.
With points, you can claim rewards in the tiers listed on the website or Palapa Club portal.
When you see “rewards” those are static rewards such as: Birthday rewards, ½ birthday rewards, or a free queso for signing up, etc.
You earn points by giving your cashier your Palapa Club phone number or by presenting the Palapa Club barcode assigned to your account on the mobile app.
Points are only earned at the point of purchase, but if there is an issue, or if the cashier forgets to add your account to your check, you can email email@example.com to get your points added with the presentation of a receipt.
Yes! The rollback price should reflect once you get to checkout in the app or online!
