Prefer to handle things yourself? No problem! With our Pickup at the Store option, you can conveniently collect your order at your nearest Las Palapas location, ready to serve fresh and hot at your event.

- Delivery Drop off is where we drop off the food and depending on if you rented chafers you set up yourself.
- Delivery Set-Up is where we come in and set up chafers, and food and check with you before leaving.
Full-Service is delivery of food, chafer rentals, set up, serving of the food, once everyone eats, we break down, clean up of the area where we served from. We are there to serve for 2 hours, and additionally we throw in an extra hour to set up and clean up.
Here at Las Palapas, we would like to make sure that we can execute every event to its fullest potential, so we like to have a final head count a week before the event to assure that we have the correct amount of food and drinks for every guest.
Any leftover food is left behind for the guest to take home for themselves or give out to their guest.
All our catering includes disposable black plates, black utensils rolled in white napkins. As well as cups if drinks are ordered.
Depending on the number of guests of the event, we like to arrive 30 minutes to an hour to be able to set up, get the chafers hot before setting food in them. We love to make sure that it’s smoothly executed.
